APL Restaurant elevates the contemporary steakhouse with inspiration from those of the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. The 143-seat neighborhood restaurant is situated on the ground floor of L.A.’s first-ever high-rise, the historic Taft Building, built in 1923 on the corner of Hollywood and Vine.

We are teaming up with Garrison Brothers to create a four-course BBQ dinner with each dish carefully crafted to accent and compliment the tasting notes from four different variations of Garrison Brothers bourbon. Meet the founder and distillery Quarterback, Dan Garrison, as he shares the story of how Garrison Brothers became the first legal bourbon distillery outside of Kentucky. Come prepared to learn the proper way to nose and taste fine bourbon whiskey while feasting on the most decadent Texas dinner you can find in LA!
